  • The course starts on Friday 16th June with a live webinar.
  • From there onwards I will release the 6 videos over 3 weeks. Together, we will explore possibilities for using them in the classroom.
  • A few days after releasing each video I will upload a lesson plan based on the video. This will include tips and principles for using video and story.
  • The course ends on Sunday 7th July with a closing webinar.

Deadline for registration: Friday 14th June

How much work will the course involve?

This is an ultra-low workload course for teachers – perfect for the end of term. Apart from the two webinars, you will be invited to take part in 6 discussions. However, involvement in the discussions is not obligatory.

What language learners will the lesson plans be suitable for?

During the discussions, we will consider ways to use the videos with learners of A2 through to C1 levels of English. Videos will have wide appeal and will be especially suitable for teenagers and adults.

Where will the discussions take place?

The discussions will take place right here on this platform. Each post that I share will include a forum section where we will be able to post comments, ask questions and share ideas.

When will the webinars take place?

  • The welcome webinar will take place on Sunday 16th June at 6pm UK time.
  • The closing webinar will take place on Sunday 7th July at 7pm UK time.

What if I can't attend the webinars?

No problem – you will get access to the recordings.
